Following up & Client care are arguably THE MOST important parts to this business.

We put our time & effort into finding clients and having conversations with people about the products and the business, so let's continue those relationships.

What you will find is this - 

More often times than not, you will have conversations with people about products OR business and the timing isn't right for them. They aren't ready to purchase products right now, or the business might sound intriguing to them but they are in a season of their life where it isn't a priority. It is our JOB to follow up at a later time and continue to build a relationship with that person. 
Just be a real human. That's it! It sounds so simple, and it is. 
If you can continue relationships with people REGARDLESS of if they purchase products from you, they can tell that you really care about them. It's not about the "sale" or the "sign up'. It is about getting to know people. IF and WHEN they ar
e ready to do business with you, they will come to you because you have built that relationship with them.

USING YOUR CLIENT FORM TO FOLLOW UP 

Have this form link saved in your phone and use it when you share the products or business.

Usually this will be a group setting, like an in person or virtual event, or a Practice Call. You will send this to all of the guests as part of your follow up, or if you are meeting someone in person for a coffee date/business meeting, or through a Practice Call you will also use it as a way to continue the conversation. It helps you to figure out how to best serve them. Following up after events and meetings is YOUR responsibility. Usually the sale or registration happens after or outside of the event.

 

Sometimes you might send out this form link as well as the Opportunity Automation Link at the same time. Having all of your client and contact information in one spot will help you tremendously with circling back and following up with people weeks/months/years from now.

It is important to note, that if there is interest in ANY area of this form, it is critical that you respond within 24-48 hours (the sooner the better) and continue the conversation. If you are at an in person event and they have filled it out immediately, you can go over thee form with them at the "close table".
