How to issue a return: 

Contact Customer Service

1-800-ARBONNE

 

You will need the order # & email address attached to the PC account. 

 

Customer Service will give you a RMA# that has to be written on the outside of the package you are sending back. 

 

If you are local to your client who is wishing to do the return, I would HIGHLY recommend picking up the product from them and doing the return on their behalf. Make the return process as SEAMLESS as possible so they have an incredible experience with you. Like what was said in the training,

"Whether they loved the product, or are issuing a return - their customer experience should be the same." â€‹
