LAUNCHING A NEW TEAM MEMBER

Congratulations on growing your team! We are so excited for you!

STEP 1
Process their Consultant Registration & ensure they choose their free gift upon registration.

Encourage them to process their registration with ONLY a shaker cup and some skincare samples.

We encourage them to sign up their spouse as a PC and order the products they would like through that PC account. We recommend the GreenSynergy and some skincare to start!

STEP 2

**Send them the onboarding link specific for your Region**​​

 

STEP 3

Welcome call with upline VP. 

On this call we will go over:

1- Their Strategy Document

2- Direct them to the Website "I'm New Getting Started" tab 

3- Placing their first order under a PC account (if they haven't already done so) 

4- Helping them to create a plan to work through the Getting Started Process 

5- Encourage them to find a date right away for their Launch event
